<title>topic Internet going down in Broadband</title>
    <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Internet-going-down/m-p/4814282#M437414</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;Hi - your 'Online services checker' is straight up lying or utterly useless - it states there is NO issue anywhere on my service, yet I'm staring at a WiFi router with all orange lights initially, and now the internet light is completely blank - so either you're straight up lying to customers, or it's useless - either way can someone check why my internet keeps dropping. It's dropped twice in the last 15 minutes resulting in me losing online work, it did it yesterday evening too - I'd check online but no doubt you'll tell me everything's fine in my area and my router so that's no help at all - in the last few weeks it went off for most of the day when I work from home, affecting meetings and my daily life, but luckily you have me 2g of internet data so that definitely made up for missing meetings and having to explain that to my manager - I want to know why my internet is dropping, if it's for maintenance I want to know where I was informed of this, and if I wasn't informed then I want to make a complaint about it - thank you &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
