If that doesnt help get back onto Sky as they will areange an engineer to visit who can authorise upmto 2 more pods.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However be aware you are buying a domestic connection not a business one but you can use it to &amp;nbsp;work from home but it doesnt give you any priority. You have 31 days from activation to cancel without penalty but Sky normally wave any charges where they cannot provide a decent service if it takes a bit longer to prove that..&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm a new customer and have broadband but the WiFi isn't as strong as my previous provider. I've now added sky wifi max - when will this arrive? If this doesn't improve it I will be cancelling as I need strong WiFi for my work. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;also will WiFi max help?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
