&lt;P&gt;That sounds like the fibre cable that comes in from the outside to the Openreach ONT. You would need to report this to Sky as a fault and Openreach would need to come out to fix the wire.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would note that this could be a chargeable&amp;nbsp;visit to you as the damage has been caused inside your home by yourself/dog.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If it's just the cable you can buy a new one from Amazon post a picture of the end of the cable is the easiest way to advise on the right one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
