<title>topic WiFi often drops off in Broadband</title>
    <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/WiFi-often-drops-off/m-p/4811892#M436645</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same hub I've had for a while now and during the last year there have been many occasions where the signal drops out completely for no reason. Often it will happen numerous times on a specific day and then be ok for a few days. I have reset it many times and checked the signal/speed/connection. I'm out of contract with this current plan and it seems we also don't have the speeds available in my area? I have sky q and have been a customer for years, so would like to please sort something out. I am happy to renegotiate my current plan. Look forward to hearing from someone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
