If you have Sky are using a system called MAP-T to share IP4 addresses with up to 7 other users. This can cause conflicts with a few business systems including VPNs. Sky can change the sharing issue to 1:1 ie nobody sharing that address or if absolutely necessary remove MAP-T entirely. Not aware that Ulysses has come up before but can you talk to Ulysses support to see what they require or whether they can make changes to accomodate Sky's use of MAP-T.

I moved to sky on 19th October and before this I was able to use the Ulysses Window App on my desktop with no issues. However after moving to sky I am now left with an error message saying "Advantage Database Failed To Load

Error 6602: client comm layer timed out waiting for receive packet from the Advantage Database Server. " and then it has the path it is trying to establish.
I never had an issue before and I was on 240 mbs with VM and we are now on 900 mbs with Sky. I have spoken to Ulysses (for context they are a risk management database I use for my work) and they stated that our IT have changed something or a network issue. Our IT haven't changed anything and it only happened after moving to Sky. Our IT cannot find any issues from their side so I am left pretty stuck on how to go forwards

we have had no other issues of speed or connection, the wifi is perfect but it is just this connection issue which is confusing me

Any advice would be appreciated as I am unable to do half my job from home now
