My phone is constantly disconnecting and I am always having to connect back to the Wi-Fi which shouldn't happen. This happens so much that I am almost running out of data each month and I have a lot of data! The connection is poor and in some rooms doesn't even connect. I've done the tests and it says the connection is good but it is awful and I have no idea why our phones keep disconnecting. My mother in law is with sky and hers is the same.
