Sky Fibre DNS issues

Hi all!

This is my first post here, so thanks all! I just noticed thay my fibre was working terribly bad (I'm in Cork, Ireland), not reaching to some websites and taking ages to connect. So I ended up changing my DNS servers to 8.8.8.8 and 9.9.9.9 and that did the trick.

However, this has to be done at the device level because the Sky hub doesn't let you touch these settings (SHOCKING!)

Are you guys aware of any issues with Sky DNS servers?

Having similar DNS type issues here in middle of Ireland.

Try changing the DNS servers there and see if it improves.

I dread calling them but I might as well have to. I'll keep you posted!

Yes I pinned it to DNS by just switching dns on my phone to Google's. Speed seems there with speed tests. Lookups are the issue.

Yeah, DNS issues all morning in Wicklow, cant get through to them
