topic broadlink pro in Broadband

I'm trying to connect a Broadlink pro to the Sky max router with no success. I have tried everything that Broadlink has suggested but nothing will allow me to connect it. I previously had it connected with a Virgin Media router with no problems. Is this device compatible with the router?

@breakerste

With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.

You can use the same settings to temporarily disable the 5Ghz WiFi band: remember to re-enable it afterwards if you do this.
