@HO24 first thing to do is to check the ONT unit with the lights on most units there are 4 lights labelled Power, LOS, PON and LAN. It is totally normal for the LAN light to flashes when data is flowing you can ignore that. The LOS light shouldnt be lit, the PON light should be solid green if there is a line fault either the LOS light or the PON light will be red. The LOS and PON light should only flash while the unit is negotiating the connection. Restarting the ONT often clears faults.

If there is a fault with the line Sky can do nothing until the line is switched to them when your service is activated and you connect the Sky hub. If there is a fault then they can get Openreach to check it out. Until that time the line belongs to Talk Talk and Openreach will only deal with them

Can anyone please advise me..

6 months ago talk talk came round and offered me a deal for broadband, I explained to them I'd been with sky for 11 years and didn't feel comfortable moving anyways I ended up moving to talk talk broadband.
iv had nothing but trouble since after countless phone calls to have to get access to my internet, this morning it had gone of again so I rang them they then told me nothing they could do and needed to send me a new EERO box out and could take 7 days but I was explaining it was my open reach box on the wall the PON light is flashing green, again they said they couldn't help so told them I wanted to leave and go back to sky. So they have give me 7 days to leave.

i have gone back to sky today and waiting for my equipment and go live date in two weeks. But who do I actually contact about the open reach box on the wall as iv been reading comments on here and it sounds like it's a problem with connection from outside??
I may sound really stupid but someone please help I'm clueless.
