    <description>Good evening. For the past week or so I have encountered sporadic drops in broadband. This means at the same time my Sky stream does not work. Can you let me know if there is a known issue or what can be done to improve the connections stability? All lights on the hub are green. I have reset from the socket and the box on a few occasions.</description>
