Hi there. Since we swapped over to sky we have had very poor wifi. You have sent out an engineer who checked over our system. He sent out a new router and it was ok for a week or two but again started dropping off. Nothing has changed from when the engineer came but i regulally have to reboot the router to change the connection. Its very frustrating as we had no issues before on bt. We came to sky as it was a better package including sky tv but am seriously concidering changing back. Please help..
