      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having various router issues although all lights are green and everything is ok according to Sky.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;im having WiFi reliability issues and cannot log into my work laptop vpn . My work IT says the issue relates to the router failing to provide the IP address. My sky Q mini box has given a similar message when trying to reattach it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Advice was to reset the router. That solves the issue for 5 minutes and then I'm unable to connect again. It is definitely not an issue with the laptop as it connects happily to the hotspot on my phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any ideas of how I can get sky to fix this?
