    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your reply. I have already got an engineer booked for tomorrow, we had a whole new instal&amp;nbsp; last week as my dog chewed through the bloody wire!&amp;nbsp; Was working fine til this morning. We had it then it went lol.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I have sky fibre and I have no Internet. On my fibre box I have a red light. I have reset the white box and the router and still the red light is there.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4238326"&gt;@Sam--&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;a red PON light on the ONT indicates the unit is not receiving an optical signal which means there is a fault in the Openreach fibre network. If the service hasn't come back by 8am give Sky a call to report it so they can get Openreach to check the network.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
