If it isnt report the issue when Sky's lines open. Compensation is calculated to a formula set by the regulator Ofcom and is explained here Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com

Superficially a total loss of service for 3 weeks would pay at least £100 even after you deduct the 3 waiting days.. Therefore if you believe that Sky have no applied those rules correctly make a formal complaint How to make a Sky complaint | Sky Help | Sky.com

Got the Ultrafast 1 as apparently that would prevent this happening in future. Well surprise surprise it's a couple of months later and here we are with the same issue again!! All lights on except internet light. All cables in correctly but according to the sky app and website everything looks good!! Absolutely beyond a joke now, happening way too often. Last time was nearly 3 weeks and got offered £12 compensation and not even 1GB data back even though me and my daughter had to use over 100GB to watch stuff as we had nothing. Kicking myself now as I should have left when I had the chance but lesson learned. SORT IT OUT!!!
