Sky Router Admin page login

What would my sky router admin login be please? I know the username is Admin but every password I put doesnt work anymore. I have tried password, the password it originally was on the back of my hub and also the password I changed it too.

@EllieKx by default the hub web interface uses the user as admin. The password vsries on the older flat black hubs the password is sky. On the newer black upright type the password is the default wifi password on the label and doesnt change if you change the WiFi password as it is a separate field.

On the newer white hubs the user and the password are admin and the wifi password but while there is a web interface most user settings are in the My Sky app so it is nit normally necessary to access the web interface.

@EllieKx you do not use the web interface to change the settings on the white Sky Max hub instead you use the My Sky app signing in with the Sky id linked to the account navigate to the Broadband/Product Options and you should see an entry forvthe Sky Max hub.

There is a web interface which definitly uses the user as admin and the password as the defauly WiFi password but as stated this is not where you change settings.

Hi. I have the black Sky Hub and I cannot access the router page with the username "admin" or the passwords "sky" or the WiFi passcode on the biox. Any other suggestions? Thanks

@LauraB2024 by default those settings always work. If you think someone haschanged the settings then you can reset them by pressing in and holding the reset pin until the power led flashes which can take 20 seconds. When it restarts the log in wil be baxk to its default. If still stuck check you are entering the details correctly its easy to misread a letter like O for a 0 or vice versa.

I have the black box (model SR203) and I was told by Sky that the Username is "admin" but the password is the same as the WiFi password.

Mine doesn't have a sticker that shows username and password.

The above did not work, but after pressing the reset button, restarting PC (as the adapter needed restarting) it then worked fine - no idea how/why the password could have changed from the default considering I never knew how to do this until today, and nobody else in the house would have the faintest either (young kids and a technophobe wife).

@ike2112C Yes the password is the same as your wirless connect password, and you get a little card with the details on it especially if you have no label on the back, for the SR203 Upright version or on the bottom for the SR213 white Max version!
