      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is actually outrageous I can not do anything loading anything takes the most patience &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":unamused_face:"&gt;😒&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wifi was fine on the 1st November now it's just gone mad and nothing works, you try to call sky and u can't even get through to the tech team just a bot, as for them updating u doesn't really happened and hasn't I'm starting to get annoyed I have things to do&lt;/P&gt;</description>
