topic No interent! in Broadband

For the past 3 days my broadband has been nothing but a pain. No internet connection, constant orange flashing light or no light at all. This is appauling I had the same problem before which was supposed to have resulted in me getting a new hub.... This did not happen. The service is terrible for the price I pay this is not acceptable. I have continued to test the connection and every time it states there is no issue. When clearly there is. I have picture evidence on this repeatedly happening. I wanted it sorted. I will be looking for a new supplier is this doesn't get sorted

@Taya95 the lights almost certainly indicate there is a line fault so log intomthe My Sky app using a mobile connection and check to see if the service checker tells you if Sky are aware of a fault in your area if it doesnt call Sky and report it so it can be fixed..

Unfotunstely no. ISP can guarantee thst your line never get faults as things break or the netwotk is damaged these things happen.
