The two have quite different causes but the LEDs on the hub should tell you if it is the hub losing the connection. If it is then you have a line issues which needs reporting so it can be fixed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If its the WiFi signal in your home assuming the hub is out in the open then you may nedd to get some WiFi extenders&lt;/P&gt;</description>
