I've previously had an engineer out an it was fine for a few weeks but again Download has dropped off to a point yesterday I check the speed an it was 30MB. Both my partner and myself work from home so having a good strong connection it extremely important to us. Let me know what can be done as I've been promised a much better speed from another service provider.
