Can anyone help.

My daughter is working from home and she is complaining that when she is on calls the WiFi signal suddenly drops and she loses connection to her calls / her screen freezes. Then on her next call everything is fine. This has been happening all week at different times of the day.

when I check the Sky app it shows we have a good connection so I'm not sure what to do.

any advice?

Just to add:

* we've moved the phone which was nearby to the router

* we've tried to raise the router to a higher point in the room but the cables are not long enough to allow for this

* we've run troubleshooting on the SkyApp but it confirm the connection is good.

We've also noticed that when using one of the Sky Mini boxes, we experience interruptions to the programme being watched.

Can anyone suggest anything to imporve the stablility of the service as my daughter cannot work effectively from home with the interruptions to the connection.
