    <description>&lt;P&gt;Same problem here in Straffan, it's as if Sky have just dialled back the power. Eircom tried this before, that's why I switched provider.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Programmes slow to load</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For the last 4 days, our Sky Tv has been a nightmare. &amp;nbsp;The programmes cut out, error messages appear saying 'programme is trying to load' sometimes it comes back on but mostly it doesn't. &amp;nbsp;I switched TV on and off or hub. It sometimes works. Occasionally it clicks off completely and says 'no internet connection' sometimes I need to go through the frustrating process of entering password repeatedly. &amp;nbsp;Nightmare when you're in middle of watching something. Can anyone help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
