Having this issue again. Went through the help guides several times and restarted everything so many times but no result. We can't wait for an engineer for another week as we rely on this for many things. I tried calling the number I was given but it needs a phone number that it recognises which I have no idea what it is. So I am a bit stuck here again. 😞
