&lt;P&gt;Assuming that is OK the most likely explanation is slow wifi in your home which is outside Sky's control as WiFi speeds are affected by the layout and type of construction of your home. Beyond making sure the hub is in the best placecwhich is out in the open on a surface zbove obstructions like radiators there is not much more you can do without spending money.
