      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4236125"&gt;@SGreen1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;the standard advice is to check the lights on the the hub which you have done -see&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;- If they show the hub has lost connection to the line and a simple reboot doesn't sort the issue is to log into the My Sky app and see if the service checker tells you Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line. Don't worry if it says everything is fine as that was the position when it last tested the service.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it doesnt tell you it's a known fault call Sky their lines are open from 8am to 9pm&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Not unusual on a Saturday night for some numpty to drive into a street cabinet or take out a pole but it could be any number of other issues.. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Check if Sky are saying they already know as explained above if not give them a call.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
