    <description>I changed from BT to Sky Broadband a couple of months ago and I'm having daily issues. 1. I've had Sky Stream for 2 years, connected via BT broadband and receiving 500mb Fibre. I now have issues streaming where it pauses for no reason, regular pixel issues and have to keep resetting system. 2. My BT box was plugged directly to BT Open reach box in cupboard in middle of house and I had perfect WiFi everywhere. Put Sky Max box in same place and signal won't reach most rooms. Had to reposition router in living room, but no WiFi other side of house. Added a Sky WiFi extender, fixed issue in couple of rooms but other signal drops out. Fedup really, Help guides don't help and when spoke to Sky end up going through same fixes as though I'm some idiot. Told 72hrs will get call back/sort issues nearly 2 weeks later, nothing. Any advice?</description>
