We have been through a process of gradually upgrading our Sky broadband package all the way up to Gigafast.

What has become apparent is not only that we are not getting anything near the speeds we are paying for but over the past few years we probably never have even on the other packages.

The speeds are so poor and variable it's a joke.

Have tried to get help from Sky on this trying various thinga but what they need to do is send and engineer which they struggle to do.

Does anyone else have a similar problem?
