To clear this tell the phone to forget the Sky connection and then power the phone downwhich on most mode;s is done bt pressing and holdingvdown thecside and volume button together until, the power slide appears to switch the phone off. Then reboot the phonecand itvshould acceptvthe password.

If the Q box is losing its connection and a simple reboot doesnt sort it call Sky as they should either send you a booster or arrange for an engineer to check your network.

WiFi not connecting to mobile phone, typed in password numerous times, each time checking it's the correct password and it keeps coming up incorrect password. Even shared password from another iPhone, still won't connect. Also home page isn't loading on SkyQ box and can't load apps on tv. Checked the service checker numerous times first comes up with WiFi issue then when click on fix issues it says that everything is fine with WiFi. It's driving me up the wall
