However the cause is likely to be caused by an issue in the Openreach network that Sky use. Openreach give very limited information on progress where complications arise and Sky can only tell you what they have been told.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
