I'm sat about 2m from the router (hub) and I have these issues.

The phone is a Pixel 6xl, a newish phone. It is definitely something to do with Sky's equipment, as I said I never had this issue with VirginMedia.

After recently moving to Sky from VirginMedia, I keep having an annoying issue with the WiFi connection to my mobile.

Even though it says that the connection is excellent, pages fail to load and when I do a speed check it states that the internet is "unstable".

The only way to resolve this I have found is to turn off and on the WiFi on my phone so it reconnects to Sky WiFi.

This is very poor as I had no similar issues with VM.

I have the 'white' hub and have already turned off the shield and that makes no difference.

Pretty unhappy as a new customer...

@Saeran if other devices are connecting check the network settings on the phone and try testing it near the hub to remove any issues with range. Unless the phone is very old it should not have an issue with the higher WiFi security level the new hub offers normally leaving devicesctomget all settings automatically from the router is tge best choice.

Although some older devices can have issues with the new hubs I have seen no other reports with Android phones.what model is it and Is it a UK model as there could be an issue with the wider range of WiFi channels the Sky hub can use which vary between markets.
