A small % of Sky's nearly 6 million connections do go faulty and cannot route traffic correctly. If you have an urgent need to use a connection adding a public DNS address to a device's network set up can help Google's service on 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 are popular.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
