You can check iif Sky are aware of a fault in your area by logging into the My Sky app over a mobile connection going to Service Checker and clicking on the Brosdband link. If &amp;nbsp;Sky are not aware give them a call so they can get the line fixed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
