topic Upgrade caution in Broadband

Don't get conned into an upgrade unless you have money and time to burn. The fine print, once you've subscribed to the upgrade, tells you to expect 2 weeks of disruption & inconsistent service. . 2 weeks....!! I really regret upgrading now...have had to reset my connections every evening when I get home & although the broadband checker assures me all is well, the connection speed is pathetic, drops out constantly and I will change provider asap...10 years with Sky £160 + / month bill for all services...waste of money..ll I very much doubt my 2 weeks "downtime" will improve, if the current "service-checker" continues to provide inaccurate results savings....thanks Sky...more fool me.
