    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried everything what could be done to connect my Samsung tv to Sky WiFi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the other devices in my house working perfectly fine with the internet besides the Samsung tv&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is there any chance to know what I can do&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;before it was working just fine since I move to sky internet it's stopped working&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4231992"&gt;@Elena13&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;if you have a white Sky hub go into the settings for the hub in the My Sky app go into the Advanced `settings choose WiFi security and change tge level from WPA3T to WPA2 which should allow your TV to connect.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you so much, that worked&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;will I be charged for this ?&lt;BR /&gt;if I have done this &amp;nbsp;change?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;also I forgot to mention I have talk to someone form Sky and just advise to get in contact with the TV provider &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_rolling_eyes:"&gt;🙄&lt;/span&gt; but I couldn't the tv was fine just using another internet service&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
