      <title>Dodgy internet connection</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For the last 4 weeks we keep&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;losing broadband connection . I am having to keep resetting it from the router&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when I check my broadband connection in my phone (using 4g) it says everything is fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;yet nothing connects to the internet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;im fed up of resetting it from the router multiple times a day.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;many advice?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4231562"&gt;@oopsE&lt;/a&gt;The next time it happens and drops you don't have to switch it off and back on again to get it working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can log into the router and go to the maintence tab down the bottom on the left-hand side you will find a setting that lets you disconnect the connection and re-connect without having to power off and back on again. The directions can be found in the link below on how to do this just follow them to point 4 as the other option is show stats which you don't need. This should let you re-connect.
