@Brettg1 check that it is a WiFi issue than an issue with the connection to the exchange by checking the leds on your hub see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start

Assuming it is a WiFi issue check that the booster is the right type and matches your hub as for example older Sky boisters wontvwork with the new white Sky Max hub.. Assuming tge boister is compatable then move it closer to the hub say in the downstairs hall as boosters need a strong signal from the hub to work. That alone might help but in manybhomes you need morectgan a simple booster to give coverage. Sj]ky will sell you a package called WiFi Max which comes with the new white hub and up to 3 matched extenders as explained here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or you can buy one of the many third party whole home WiFi kitsxwhuch can work out cheaper in the long run.
