At the time of night you posted it could simply be Openreach have taken down the exchange kit that generates the optical signal for maintenance in which case the service should be back this morning. If it isnt and you still have a red PON light run the service Checker in the My Sky app overca mobile connection and click to run the Broadband check which will tell you if Sky are aware of a fault if they aren't ca ll them to report it. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
