Internet keeps cutting out

My internet keeps dropping off the lights will go orange then takes about 5-10 mins then all green lights again it's been doing it for 2 days now

Mine is the same. Dropping out multiple times a day.

I've called them. They are sending an engineer out, but not until November

Hi,

Same here.
And my son who isn't local has the same issue.

Ever since we both upgraded to fibre, wasn't an issue before and is intermittent then reconnects so doesn't get pick up on the tests.
Not sure what an engineer would do unless it happens to cut out whilst ther are there.
