      <title>Possible issue with upgrade</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've made the upgrade to Full Fibre Gigafast wifi and have recieved my convertion kit, however I have realised that my hub has to be located in the bedroom due to the Microfilter being there. Will this cause an issue when the engineer comes to install the Face Plate and do all their wiring etc?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I live in a ground floor apartment and is surrounded by bushes so I'm not sure if they will be able to install everything&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone had something like this before? How was it rectified?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;For gigafast fttp the location of the old mastersocket does not necessarily mean the fibre ont will be installed in the same location.&amp;nbsp; Have a word with openreach to discuss your preferred location&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Microfilter and Face Plate are only relevant to broadband over copper: Gigafast has to be full fibre, with an optical bearer cable and an ONT ('fibre modem')&lt;/P&gt;
