Sky Max Booster Pod

When plugged in, my booster pod seems to get really hot, unsure if this is normal or a faulty piece of equipment. Has anyone else experienced this at all? Having to unplug it

@United+2022 the power supply will cause the unit to be quite warm but no electronic device should get so hot you cannot leave you hand on it.

Seem to be having the same issue, in the first week the pod was fine and giving speeds of between 200-300Mbps for devices connected to it, in the lats few days it has dropped to 1-5Mbps for devices, and the pod is now very hot also.

The pod is in a well ventelated space also.

We are having the same issue.

The Booster Pod is boiling when plugged into the wall, and we have powered it off a couple of times this week simply to cool it down.

We are also seeing wifi dropouts at various times of the day, hence why we unplugged it.

Anyone else having these issues, and if so, should I contact SKY for a replacement booster?

Did anyone get answers about this? My pods heating up and disconnecting after working fine for a few weeks...

I contacted SKY and they replaced the box without a quibble. Might have been a bad batch
