The lack of an internet light inducates the hub has lost connection. You can click through on thecservice checker to test the Broadband which will tell you if Sky are aware of an issue on your line. If they aren't call them to report it so they can get it checked out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When testing broadband issue it shows there isn't any. But my middle light on the sky box isn't on and I can't access the internet&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
