      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm struggling to add my Nest thermostat to the wifi &amp;amp; also join an Arlo doorbell chime unit.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;My emails also no longer preload content since changing to a Sky Broadband router&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can anyone assist with these issues?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You may need to disable the 5ghz band on your Sky hub temporarily. Do you have a black or white Sky hub?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As for your emails, try switching off Sky Shield &amp;amp; disabling iCloud relay if you have an Apple device.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
