&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately that's entirely dependent on the complexity of the task and the availability of necessary Openreach resources.&amp;nbsp; For a dig under pavement or roadway there are also legal processes to work through before anything else can happen.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sky isn't going to have any information other than that which Openreach provides.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was due to have fibre activated on the 9th of Sept.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The engineer suggested the duct is blocked and further works are required (installing new ducts to protect the cable)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Last text from sky is that I will updated on the 4th of Nov&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas how long this will take ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your reply.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The engineer who came intially suggested that there was a blockage next to road on the grass and "should be a quick fix" and now they are saying they have to connect it right back to the cabinet &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
