If tgecspeds are low if the app doesnt offer to book an engineer give Sky a call.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Assuming that is ok then the issue is wifi speds in your home which Sky cannot control. When working from home it is best to usecan ethernet cable to connect a laptop or be reasonably closectomthe hub. If however that isnt practical then consider upgrading your home's wifi perhaps by buying&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
