If tgecspeds are low if the app doesnt offer to book an engineer give Sky a call.</P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <P>Assuming that is ok then the issue is wifi speds in your home which Sky cannot control. When working from home it is best to usecan ethernet cable to connect a laptop or be reasonably closectomthe hub.
