If you call Sky the agent can probably explain what the implications are. However &amp;nbsp;at a guess its something like &amp;nbsp;"waiting on update from Openreach" as that is by far the most common status where an order is not preceding as planned.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
