Please Help! I'm having a mare setting up smart devices

I've had blink cameras and sync modules and Teckin smart plugs on my previous WiFi which was Virgin which worked well and connected OK. I can't seem to connect them using Sky's Super Max Broadband. Also I cannot change SSID name and password when I go to 192.1681.0 either. I am a new customer not having had sky before.

Administration of the Max Hub is mainly in the My Sky app, not the web interface. It's also there that the 5Ghz band can be disabled (but not unsynchronized or renamed)
