If all of tge lights go out and come baxk overca few minutes and there are no lose cables the unit is faulty. Next option is the hub loses connection to the line which is indicated bybthe lights on the unit see&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;However if you simply mean you are losing the WiFi connection between the hub and your device that is llikely to be down to poor WiFi signal level. Sky are very careful not to guarantee that connection in any meaningful way as it is outside their control as the payout, type of construction and level of interference are different between homes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
