Need help changing hub username

Hi, I'm new to Sky Broadband today.

I've set up the hub, connected my mobile to the Wi-Fi.

i would like to change the wifi username and password to make it easier to connect all my existing devices. I know that I should be able to do this but I can't see the hub in my products or product settings on the app.

I also can't test the connection, the sky app says the testing isn't working just now. Earlier it said the wifi was switched off and I needed to access the product settings to switch it on. But can't access the product settings.

Do I just need to wait a while for things to settle down or is there anything else I should be doing?
