Wifi does not work for my website ??

Hi,

my website does not work on wifi, I have tried turning it off for an hour and tried turning sky shield off nothing works.

I recently changed servers and I now own my domain to gain control of my website.

but my emails don't load and neither does my website also the website used to help my website Cpanel won't load.

i get a white screen with a loading bar, however it all works on my data - works at my work computer which is not with sky and works for my family who are also not with sky.

i really need help sorting this out?? I have checked everything to do with the website there's no issues.

This worries me sky customers cannot see my page and I lose business

I don't think we customers here can help you with this. I'd suggest you contact Sky direct with full details. You can email them at: mysky @ sky.uk

Typically that would suggest the appropriate DNS records haven't yet propagated to Sky infrastructure.

What does this mean? And what can i do? I changed servers about a week ago now @TimmyBGood
