&lt;P&gt;If that speed is over a wired ethernet connection then something is wrong, even over WiFi that is rather low speeds what is your minimum guaranteed speed (MGS), if it below that figure by more than 20% then report a fault to Sky, and try the Sky App and do a line test to see whether it allows you to book an engineer to investigate the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Tv programmes will freeze and broadband speeds will fluctuate often there will be upload speeds of 2/3 and downloads speeds of between 8 and 16 nowhere near the speed guarantee.</description>
