Broadband/wifi keeps dropping

Good afternoon

I have ran the checks against my broadbanf/wifi via your online options and you have confirmed all looks ok, however i think i still have a problem

1) phone connection to the wifi is really slow, buffering a lot

2) my internet drops and connects multiple time hourly

Please advise.
